Our residential street sweeping service is designed to keep your neighborhood roads free of debris and dirt, promoting a cleaner environment. Scheduled sweeps reduce pollutants and improve the overall look and feel of your community.
Cancellation Policy
- Scheduled Services Customers may cancel or reschedule a scheduled street sweeping service providing at least 24 hours. - Late Cancellations made within 24 hours notice may be subject to 25% of the service charge. - Same-Day Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service or after crew equipment have been dispatched, may be subject to 50% cancellation fee. -No-Show/Site Access Issues : If our Crew arrives at the site scheduled location and is unable to perform the work because of the blocked access vehicles, or construction, or other circumstances outside of control, the customer may be responsible for a service call or mobilization fee. -Weather related Cancellations when weather conditions makes street sweeping unsafe or impractical, we may reschedule the service at no additional charge. -Emergency Situations: We understand hat emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances. By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation policy.
